NPS Vatsalya: How Parents Can File Online Grievances

NPS Vatsalya: How Parents Can File Online Grievances

NPS Vatsalya is a pension account made for children under 18.

A parent or guardian manages the account for the child.

The child remains the only beneficiary.

Parents can use an online system to report a problem with the account.

They must log in to their NPS account to access it.

The concerned organization should resolve the complaint within 30 days.

If the parent is unhappy with the answer, the complaint can move to higher authorities.

The escalation path ends at the Securities Appellate Tribunal.

When the child turns 18, the account becomes a standard NPS account.
