HYDRAA, CMC Carefully Demolish Dangerous Gachibowli Building After Collapse

A seven-storey building collapsed in Gachibowli on Saturday.

The collapse damaged another building next to it.

Officials feared the damaged building might also fall.

HYDRAA and the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation began carefully taking it down on Sunday.

Workers used a large machine called a Bahubali JCB.

The buildings were very close together, so the work had to be slow and controlled.

Police kept people away from the site.

Nearby residents were moved out as a safety precaution.

Officials said several buildings in the area may have been built without permission.
