Guntur Residents Urged to Use BPS, LRS Benefits
The government of Andhra Pradesh has introduced new rules to help people in Guntur.
These rules allow people to make their buildings legal if they were built without permission.
The rules also apply to advertising boards and banners.
The government is telling everyone to use these new rules before the deadline, which is August 31, 2025.
After this date, people who do not follow the rules may face legal action.
The government is also checking buildings using Google Maps to make sure everything is correct.
Advertising agencies need to get a license, and banners must show certain details.
If people do not follow these rules, they may have to pay heavy fines.
Guntur residents urged to utilize Building Penalisation Scheme (BPS) and Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) benefits before the deadline of 31st August 2025.
