SecondAct Awards to Celebrate Reinvention Stories in Mumbai
SecondAct is a platform that helps people decide what they want to do next in life.
It was founded by Archana Dutta after she changed direction following a long leadership career.
SecondAct will hold its third awards event in Mumbai on October 1, 2026.
The awards will honour people who have made brave changes in their personal or professional lives.
The organisation says people can have many different chapters in one lifetime.
Its programmes help people think, try new possibilities and make intentional choices.
SecondAct especially supports women during career and life changes.
More than 500,000 women have reportedly been reached through its programmes and community.
The third SecondAct Awards will take place on October 1, 2026, at PVR Lido in Mumbai.
Founded by Archana Dutta, SecondAct will recognise people whose journeys show courage, reinvention and meaningful impact.
The awards were launched in 2024 to highlight stories of people who challenged convention and created new paths.
SecondAct supports people, especially women, through coaching, workshops, retreats, mentorship, leadership programmes and communities.
The platform says its programmes and initiatives have reached more than 500,000 women, including through 250-plus coaching sessions and around 100 workshops.
