SCCL Demolishes Unused Staff Quarters in Madaram Township

The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) knocked down some old, empty houses for its workers in a place called Madaram.

This happened because the company wants to make the nearby mine bigger.

The houses were in the Bellampalli area, which is in a district called Mancherial.

It is not known if they will knock down more houses in other places.

The company is working to expand the mine.
