NYC Jury Awards Deliveryman $22.75M After Subway Accident

A delivery worker was hurt in a subway accident and lost his toes.

The jury decided the MTA was responsible and awarded him $22.75 million.

The MTA had offered a small amount of money to try to make him go away and even tried to make it look like he jumped in front of the train, but the jury didn't believe them.

Now he's getting money to help him because the subway system was not safe.

He still has to deal with pain and needs help with everyday tasks.

The MTA is deciding if they will try to appeal the ruling.
