Biden Warns of 'Dark Days,' Urges Democratic Resilience

Former President Joe Biden gave a speech in Boston after receiving a lifetime achievement award.

He described current times as "dark days" due to attacks on free speech.

Biden spoke about protecting a limited presidential power and an autonomous judiciary.

He praised people standing up against the current administration and encouraged Americans to stay hopeful and "get back up."

Biden was speaking publicly for the first time since completing radiation therapy for prostate cancer.
