Mahindra SUV Sales Up 18% in June; Bajaj Auto Sales Flat
Mahindra's SUV sales are doing very well, going up 18% in June.
Overall, Mahindra sold 14% more vehicles than last year.
On the other hand, Bajaj Auto's total sales didn't change much.
This is because even though they sold fewer motorcycles and scooters, they sold more commercial vehicles, like trucks.
Mahindra is having a good year, but Bajaj is facing challenges in its two-wheeler business.
Mahindra's SUV sales increased by 18% in June 2025, reaching 47,306 units domestically.
Total vehicle sales for Mahindra grew by 14% in June 2025, with 78,969 units sold.
Commercial vehicle sales for Mahindra reached 20,575 units in June 2025.
Bajaj Auto's total sales were flat in June 2025, with commercial vehicle growth offsetting two-wheeler declines.
Bajaj Auto's two-wheeler sales decreased by 2% YoY in June 2025, but exports rose by 18%.
