Djokovic stunned by Tirante in sweltering Cincinnati Open exit

Novak Djokovic is one of the best tennis players ever, with 24 Grand Slam championship wins.

He played at a tournament called the Cincinnati Open, his first match since losing in the Wimbledon semifinals.

He faced a player from Argentina named Thiago Agustin Tirante.

The weather was very hot and humid, and Djokovic felt sick during the match, even getting sick to his stomach.

He won the first set, but Tirante stayed calm and won the next two sets to take the match.

Tirante was very happy and said beating Djokovic was the best win of his career.

Djokovic said a health problem has bothered him for a few years, especially in hot and humid weather.

He said he probably won't come back to Cincinnati again.

Next, he will play at the US Open in New York, where he hopes to win his 25th big title.
