Telangana High Court Seeks Answers, Orders Rallies, Examines Land

The Telangana High Court dealt with three different cases in Hyderabad.

In one case, students asked JNTUH for the same academic benefits given to students under other rules.

They wanted more grace marks and permission to count four fewer credits.

In another case, the court questioned why land near Durgam Cheruvu had been redrawn and offered for auction.

The government said it had followed the rules and kept a 50-metre safety buffer.

In the third case, organizers wanted to hold two bike rallies carrying National Flags.

The court said carrying the National Flag alone should not be a reason to reject the rallies.

It told the police to allow the rallies with reasonable conditions.

The court also asked officials to provide more explanations and documents in the land case.
