JNU Students March for Umar Khalid, Others in Delhi Riots Case
Imagine some students at a university wanted to show their support for some friends who were arrested.
These friends were arrested in relation to some big troubles that happened in Delhi in 2020.
So, the students organized a march on campus to ask for their friends to be let out of jail.
They want the trials to be fair.
They also think some laws that are being used to keep their friends in jail are not right.
They shared stories and sang slogans.
The family members are also seeking a way to get them out of jail.

JNUSU organized a 'Freedom March' on campus.
The march demanded the release of Umar Khalid, Sharjeel Imam, and others.
Family members shared their experiences and urged support for those jailed.
The event concluded with slogans calling for repeal of UAPA.
