Deepinder Goyal’s Temple Wearable Tracks Brain Blood-Flow Signals

Deepinder Goyal’s Temple Wearable Tracks Brain Blood-Flow Signals

Temple is a small device that sticks to the side of your head.

Its maker says it can track signals related to blood moving through the brain.

It also gives a score called Entropy, meant to show how hard the body is working.

The company says these readings may change with things like exercise, sleep, posture, stress, or caffeine.

Early studies compared Temple’s readings with other scientific tools.

But the studies do not prove that Temple can diagnose illnesses.

The company says it is a wellness product, not a medical device.

It is not on general sale yet, and its expected price has not been officially confirmed.

The company is aiming to ship it before the end of 2026.
