GT Bharathi secures WTC licence for ₹7,000-crore township on OMR

A company called GT Bharathi builds houses and offices.

They got a special licence to build a World Trade Center in a place called Chengalpattu in Tamil Nadu, India.

This licence comes from a big group that has World Trade Centers in many countries.

The company wants to build a huge town with offices, shops, homes, schools, and hotels.

The town will be about 150 acres big, which is like many football fields.

It will cost about ₹7,000 crore, which is a lot of money.

When it is finished, it could create more than 1,00,000 jobs for people.

That means many people can work there.

The building will happen slowly over about ten years.

The company is still deciding exactly where to build it.
