FADA, Rosmerta Digital Pact Targets Simpler Vehicle Compliance
FADA and Rosmerta Digital Services have agreed to work together on vehicle compliance.
They want to make it easier for people to check and resolve traffic challans.
Rosmerta Digital Services has created a website called Rosmart.
People can use the website or scan a QR code at participating dealerships.
Dealers can also upload many cases at once or help customers directly.
The service is intended to make vehicle sales and transfers smoother when violations are pending.
The organisations warned that unauthorised websites may expose people to fraud and cybercrime.
More services and service providers may be added to Rosmart later.
FADA signed an initial Memorandum of Understanding with Rosmerta Digital Services to simplify vehicle compliance services.
Rosmerta Digital Services introduced Rosmart, a platform for checking traffic challans and addressing pending violations.
Dealers can upload cases in bulk or help customers access Rosmart through dealerships and QR codes.
The companies said the platform aims to reduce risks from unauthorised websites and online intermediaries.
The partnership will expand Rosmart across the automotive retail network and add more citizen-focused services over time.
