Bajaj Auto Reports Record Quarterly Profit and Revenue in Q2 FY26
Bajaj Auto, a motorcycle company, just announced its best financial results ever for the period between July and September.
They made more profit than ever before, an increase of 24% compared to last year.
Their total sales money also went up to a record high.
This great performance was thanks to selling more of their higher-end vehicles and selling a lot of spare parts.
Even though there were some problems with parts for their electric vehicles, the rest of the company did so well that it didn't matter too much.
The company also made more money before certain costs were taken out, showing they are managing their business efficiently.
They are also investing more money to make their brands even more popular and to develop new future products.
Bajaj Auto achieved its highest-ever quarterly profit after tax (PAT) of ₹2,479.74 crore, up 24% year-on-year.
Quarterly revenue reached a record ₹14,922.05 crore, an increase of nearly 14% year-on-year.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) crossed the ₹3,000 crore mark for the first time, reaching ₹3,052 crore.
The strong performance was driven by a richer mix of vehicles and record sales of spare parts.
Despite disruptions in its electric portfolio due to rare earth magnet constraints, the company improved EBITDA margins and increased spending on brand building and R&D.
