Jeetendra's Pali Hill Villa Investment Soars

Jeetendra, a famous Bollywood actor, bought a big house in Pali Hill from another actor, Bharat Bhushan, for a very low price because Bharat Bhushan was in financial trouble.

Jeetendra thought the house was unlucky and moved out, but later he sold the wood from the house for a lot of money and turned the land into apartments.

Now, the land is worth a huge amount, much more than what Jeetendra paid for it.

Bharat Bhushan missed out on this big profit because he sold the house when he was in a tough situation.
