60% Faculty Posts Vacant at JK University, Education Impacted
Imagine a school where most of the teachers haven't been hired yet.
That's what's happening at a university in Jammu and Kashmir called Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU).
More than half the teaching jobs, including all the head teachers (professors), are empty.
This means the few teachers they have are doing extra work.
Because there aren't enough teachers, it might be hard for students to learn as well as they should.
Also, important jobs in the office are also not filled.

60.4% of sanctioned teaching posts are vacant, including all 22 professor positions.
