Gurugram Resident Records Man Masturbating in Public

Someone in Gurugram was recorded doing something very inappropriate.

A person in a black car stopped on the road and started masturbating while looking at someone on their balcony.

The person on the balcony recorded what happened.

The car then drove away before the resident could get the license plate.

People online are discussing what should be done, like reporting the incident to the police.

Another incident of a similar nature happened in Gurugram in August.
