NIA Says Traffic Diverted Red Fort Bomber From Temple

India’s anti-terror agency is investigating a deadly car explosion near the Red Fort.

The agency says Umar Un Nabi was the suicide bomber.

Investigators believe he may have made explosives using urea.

They say he prepared the materials in a rented room in Nuh.

The agency claims he first planned to leave the explosives near a Jain temple called Lal Mandir.

Traffic and police nearby allegedly made him change direction.

He then drove to the Red Fort, where the blast happened minutes later.

The explosion killed 11 people and injured dozens.

Investigators also say he had visited the Red Fort many times before the attack.
