ICAI Drafts Guidelines for CA Firms' Global Expansion
The government wants Indian accountants to be able to work with accountants in other countries.
They are helping them do this by creating new rules.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is making these rules.
The rules will let Indian accounting firms team up with firms overseas.
This helps Indian accounting companies grow stronger to compete with the big international firms.
The new rules cover how firms can join together.
Also, there is a website being made to help them connect.
It is all about helping Indian businesses grow and reach more customers worldwide!
ICAI is drafting guidelines to enable Indian CA firms to build overseas networks.
The PMO is supporting the growth of Indian audit and accounting firms.
New guidelines will facilitate collaboration between Indian firms and overseas networks.
Revised guidelines address mergers, demergers, and LLP aggregation.
A networking portal will help members connect and share resources.
