Nagpur Tourists Return Safely After Nepal Flood Ordeal

About 100 people from Nagpur were visiting Nepal when severe floods caused problems.

They became stuck in Kathmandu.

They later returned home safely on Sunday.

One traveller said they saw a bus being swept away by rushing water.

The pilgrims also said they saw floodwater carrying people away.

They stayed safe because they were in a safer place.

They thanked Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis for helping them return.

Nepal’s disaster authority has now warned people near the Bhote Koshi River to be very careful.
