Gujarat CM inaugurates multi-speciality hospital in Unjha
The Chief Minister of Gujarat, Bhupendra Patel, started building a new big hospital in Unjha.
This hospital will have many different types of doctors and treatments, like heart care, brain care, and even special care for babies.
The government is also giving people a lot of money to help pay for their medical needs.
The hospital will have special rooms for very sick people and even a place to get blood if needed.
Many important people and local residents were there to celebrate the start of this new hospital.
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel laid the foundation stone for the Menaba Rotary Multi-Speciality Hospital in Unjha, Mehsana district.
The hospital will be built across 10 bighas and will feature 100,000 sq ft of built-up area with over 200 beds, including 20 ICU beds and 20 speciality clinics.
The hospital will offer advanced facilities like IVF, NICU-PICU, a chemotherapy unit, and a dedicated labour room for gynaecology.
The state government has increased health protection cover to Rs 10 lakh (Rs 5 lakh from the Centre and Rs 5 lakh from the state).
The Chief Minister highlighted the expansion of healthcare services and medical education in Gujarat under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.
