Eberle recalls four Minibrie varieties over possible Listeria contamination

Eberle Spezialitäten is recalling four Minibrie varieties after Listeria was found in products from one of its suppliers.

The affected cheeses are Minibrie-Marroni, sold at Coop, and Minibrie with garlic, porcini and chili, sold at Migros Ostschweiz.

Only packs with a use-by date of 25 November 2026 are affected, and the recall applies to specified batch numbers.

Listeria can cause serious illness, especially in babies, young children, pregnant people, older adults and people who are ill.

Customers should not eat the affected cheese because of the possible health risk.

The products can be returned to Coop or Migros Ostschweiz stores, where customers will receive a refund, even without a receipt.

Customers can contact Eberle for more information.
