Apple says more than 100,000 apps are built for iPhone Duo
Apple says more than 100,000 apps are built for the iPhone Duo, its foldable phone, and thousands more are being added each day.
The phone began shipping about two weeks ago, and its large inner screen gives apps more room than a regular iPhone display.
Some apps that have not been updated still show black bars or hide features when opened on that screen.
Recent updates include Word, Outlook, Zoom, NBA and NHL apps, alongside shopping and productivity apps.
Apple says more than 2,000 developers attended workshops in 19 cities over the past month to work on apps for the phone.
Some listed updates have not fully rolled out yet, but Apple expects app updates to continue accelerating.
Apple says more than 100,000 apps built for the iPhone Duo are now available on the App Store.
