Arquimea plans bond programme of up to €100 million
Spanish company Arquimea plans to raise up to €100 million through a new bond programme on Spain’s MARF market.
Its first issue aims to raise €40 million over four years.
The money will fund growth, especially in its defence business, where the company says it must invest in research, production capacity and working capital before contracts begin.
Arquimea says its order book has reached about €1.2 billion, up from less than €200 million in 2025.
About half of those orders come from the United States, with most of the rest linked to Spain’s Defence Ministry and other international customers.
The company forecasts revenue of €155 million this year, a 35% increase, and EBITDA of €31 million, up 25%.
Arquimea is also considering more factories in Spain, beyond its existing sites in Madrid and the Canary Islands, but says it will assess locations when it decides to invest in new production lines.
Arquimea plans a bond programme of up to €100 million to finance the company’s growth.
