Liverpool come from behind to beat nine-man Brentford 2-1

Liverpool came from behind to beat Brentford 2-1 in a Premier League match in west London.

Brentford went ahead through Keane Lewis-Potter, who headed in a cross before half-time.

Brentford’s Yehor Yarmoliuk was sent off just before the break after a VAR review, leaving his team with 10 players for the second half.

Victor Munoz equalised for Liverpool after the break, and Alexander Isak scored the winner in the 70th minute.

Brentford then lost Vitaly Janelt to a second yellow card in stoppage time, ending the match with nine players.

Isak had returned from injury after missing Liverpool’s previous two matches, and the goal was his fifth of the season.

The win came after Liverpool had struggled to create chances early on, while Brentford’s two red cards shaped the result.

Touch, finish as quick as he like, goalkeeper can't get set. Top class from Isak.

Fantastic finish. Keane Lewis-Potter gets in the wrong position and Victor Munoz chops inside and it's a really smooth goal from him.
