Ben Folds Five Announce Nine-Date US Reunion Tour
Ben Folds Five will reunite for nine US shows in April 2027.
The band’s members are singer and pianist Ben Folds, bassist Robert Sledge and drummer Darren Jessee.
They last toured together in 2013, when their reunion tour ended; Folds has continued performing solo.
The April dates will take the trio to cities across the American South, from Knoxville, Tennessee, to Birmingham, Alabama.
The tour follows a 30th-anniversary deluxe reissue of the band’s 1995 debut album, though the band has not said that is the reason for the shows.
More tour dates are expected, and tickets for the announced shows go on sale to the public on October 23 at 10 a.m.
