Maya World Cleared to Return to Wrestling
Maya World is cleared to wrestle again after being sidelined since September.
She made the announcement during the WrestleDream pre-show, after last competing on the September 9 episode of Dynamite.
World previously held the TBS Championship for 35 days, then lost it at All In after Britt Baker interfered and sided with Persephone.
Persephone will defend the title at WrestleDream in a four-way match against Queen Aminata, Dani Luna and Hyan, World’s partner.
World is not listed in that title match, and no next match for her was named.
Her clearance means she is eligible to return to competition.
Maya World announced she has been medically cleared to wrestle.

World had been away from AEW programming since her last match on September 9, 2026.
