Jungle Ventures aims for two portfolio IPOs a year
Jungle Ventures plans to take two portfolio companies public each year as its startups mature.
The Singapore-based early-stage investor is preparing companies including Moglix and Livspace for possible listings over the next 18 to 24 months.
Its portfolio also includes Turtlemint, which went public earlier this year, and Atomberg Technologies, whose public issue has received approval from India’s market regulator.
The firm is investing from a $400 million fourth fund, raised in 2022, and has likely put 60% to 70% of it into India.
It expects to close a $350 million to $400 million fifth fund soon, with commitments from international development and investment institutions.
Those commitments could take its total India investments beyond $1 billion, while its investment focus includes consumer businesses, financial services, advanced manufacturing and AI.

For us, the one thing that matters is: can our companies go public?
Some of our other companies such as Moglix, Livespace, Citymall, are maturing and could head towards public markets in the near future.
advanced manufacturing and AI have both become significant enough parts of our portfolio that they are now core pillars alongside the others
