Saif Ali Khan sells Bandra West apartment for Rs 4.11 crore

Saif Ali Khan sold a Mumbai apartment in Bandra West for Rs 4.11 crore.

The 797-square-foot flat is in Hi-Cons Residency and the sale includes two open parking spaces.

The buyers took possession in March 2024, when the agreement was signed; the sale deed was registered on October 19, 2026.

Khan bought a larger unit in the same building in 2007, and it was divided into three apartments in 2014.

The original purchase price covered all three flats, including the one now sold.

The transaction drew Rs 24.66 lakh in stamp duty, and no further steps are stated.
