South Korean golfer Ahn Sun-ju has announced her retirement and will play one final tournament in Japan.

The 39-year-old says the NOBUTA GROUP Masters GC Ladies will be her last event, beginning Oct.

Ahn said she had doubts about retiring in competition because her play is not as strong as before, but chose Japan as the place to say goodbye.
