Angus Beith leaves Hearts after seven years for a new opportunity

Angus Beith has left Heart of Midlothian after more than seven years at the Scottish football club.

The 30-year-old announced his departure on social media and said he was moving on to a new opportunity, but did not give details.

Beith came through Hearts’ academy as a player, then moved into coaching after an injury ended his playing career.

He worked with several age groups, starting with the under-12s and later coaching the club’s B team.

Most recently, he had been working with Hearts’ under-19s since the summer.

Beith said Hearts had been a major part of his life and that he was excited for what comes next.

His next role has not been announced.
