14-port network to target drug trafficking set to launch in Marseille
France's foreign minister, Jean-Noël Barrot, said a network of 14 ports will launch on Monday at a meeting in Marseille.

Barrot said 70% of drugs entering France pass through ports.
He said cooperation with producer and transit countries is also needed to tackle trafficking at its roots.
