Yekaterinburg travel agency clients say paid trips were never provided
Several clients say Yekaterinburg agency Seven Fridays took payment for trips they never received.
One family paid 240,000 rubles for a three-person holiday in Egypt after using the agency for four years.
The family says the hotel booking had been canceled, and the agency director rejected four replacement options.
The director later said the company could not return the money, according to the family.
Other clients described similar losses, including payments of 416,000 rubles for a planned Thailand trip and 392,000 rubles for a Dubai trip.
Some clients have contacted police or filed a court claim to seek repayment.
The agency’s financial position and whether clients will recover their money remain unclear.
