Zweifel brings back Aromat-flavoured chips with a larger supply
Swiss snack maker Zweifel is bringing back its Aromat-flavoured chips after last year’s limited edition sold out in less than a month.
The chips combine Zweifel potato chips with Aromat, a well-known Swiss seasoning.
The first batch sold out far faster than expected, even though it was planned to last four months.
This time Zweifel has made several times more chips and says it can produce more if needed.
They will be available again from November 2, with production taking place at the company’s headquarters in Spreitenbach.
The recipe has not changed, and the company says it wants more people to have a chance to try the chips.
A permanent place in the range is still undecided; Zweifel says it will consider sales and whether customers buy them again.
