JD Vance visits Bengals practice during Ohio campaign trip
JD Vance visited Cincinnati Bengals practice on Wednesday during a brief break from campaigning.
Vance grew up in Middletown, Ohio, about an hour north of Cincinnati, and is a longtime Bengals fan.
He was in the area for an FBI speech and a campaign rally ahead of the midterm elections.
The stop came a day after Donald Trump was asked whether he would endorse Vance if he ran for president in 2028; Trump called him talented but said they had not discussed it.
Quarterback Joe Burrow did not meet Vance, who left before practice ended.
Burrow said the visit brought many people to the practice, while the Bengals continued preparing to face the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
