Raffi Ahmad’s Holding Buys Rp72 Billion in VISI Shares

Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina’s holding company bought 72.4 million new shares in Indonesian company PT Satu Visi Putra, known as VISI.

The purchase was part of a private placement, in which a company issues new shares to selected investors rather than offering them to all shareholders.

Harmoni Semesta Investama paid Rp994 per share, for a total of about Rp72.03 billion.

The holding company’s voting stake slipped from 61.85% to 61.77% because VISI issued more shares, but it remains the company’s controller.

VISI also issued shares to two other investors, while the public’s share of the company was diluted from 19.99% to 19.24%.

The share issue was scheduled for completion at the end of October 2026, and the results were due to be announced on October 30.
