Sribilah Utama to Add Stops at Two North Sumatra Stations

Indonesia’s state-owned railway company KAI is adding Sribilah Utama stops at Lima Puluh and Perbaungan stations in North Sumatra from December 1, 2026.

Lima Puluh is in Batu Bara Regency, while Perbaungan is in Serdang Bedagai Regency.

Four Sribilah Utama trips will stop at each station, with services linking the areas to Medan and Rantauprapat.

Lima Puluh currently serves six Putri Deli trips, while Perbaungan serves 12 train trips.

Both stations handled 20 percent more passengers from January to October 2026 than in the same period of 2025.

KAI says the added stops will make intercity travel more accessible and could support local businesses and regional economic activity.
