Three Gwangju-origin apartment brands rank 12th to 20th nationally
A nationwide survey in South Korea ranked three Gwangju-origin apartment brands between 12th and 20th in 2026.
Hoban Construction’s Hoban Summit came 12th, Jungheung Construction’s Jungheung S-Class ranked 16th, and Jeil Construction’s Jeil Poonggyeongchae placed 20th.
GS Engineering & Construction’s Xi took first place in the survey.
The poll questioned 4,456 adults from September 29 to October 12 and assessed 41 brands owned by construction companies among the country’s top 50 by construction capacity.
The three companies began expanding into the Seoul metropolitan apartment market around 10 to 15 years ago, building a presence beyond their home region.
The rankings reflect brand awareness, preference, investment value and resident satisfaction, among other measures; the survey results do not say what the companies will do next.
