Manoj Bajpayee says Bollywood is not a fraternity

Manoj Bajpayee says Bollywood is not a fraternity and that people in the industry often compete rather than support one another.

He made the comments while promoting his Netflix thriller Gajab Raat.

Bajpayee said that despite working in films for years, he has not felt that he belongs, and that newcomers should not expect others to help them.

He said everyone on a film set should be treated equally, including being served the same food.

He also said actors now spend less time talking with one another and more time in their vanity vans.

Bajpayee advised people to be ready to fight their own battles and said discipline helps him handle the challenges of his career.
