Auravelle plans more than 3,000m of gold drilling at Nuckulla Hill

Auravelle Metals plans more than 3,000 metres of drilling at its Nuckulla Hill gold project in South Australia, starting next week.

The company will follow up aircore drilling results of 8 metres at 1.0 grams of gold per tonne at Myall and 10 metres at 1.4 grams per tonne at Sheoak North.

The planned reverse-circulation drilling will also extend work at Sheoak and test Bimba, including areas where earlier drilling found gold.

These targets lie along a gold-anomalous zone more than three kilometres long, within the Yarlbrinda Shear Zone, which also contains a neighbouring gold project.

The drilling is intended to test whether gold mineralisation continues beyond areas already drilled and to improve understanding of the known deposits.

Auravelle expects drilling to take two to three weeks, with assay results expected four to six weeks after drilling ends.

The upcoming RC program will build on this momentum, combining follow-up drilling at the early-stage Myall and Sheoak North targets, with infill and extensional drilling to build on the high-grade mineralisation at Sheoak,
