Two canceled-home units in Busan to be offered again
Busan City Corporation will offer two homes again in Eco Delta City after the original buyers canceled their contracts.
One home is in the Prugio Center Park development and the other is in the e편한세상 Eco Delta Center Point development.
Both have an area of 84 square meters, and their prices match the original sale prices, including balcony expansion costs.
The homes cost about 490 million won and 480 million won, respectively.
Adults who live in Busan and belong to a household with no home can apply, even if they do not have a housing savings account.
Applications open on October 19, and the winners will be announced on October 22; people can apply for both homes.
The application notice is due on October 12, with details available through the official housing application site or the corporation’s website.
