Ashlee Simpson says her son Bronx plans to study music in college.
Bronx is 17 and is the son of Simpson and her ex-husband, Pete Wentz.
Simpson said her oldest child shares her love of music and that they will see where his studies take him.
She also has two younger children, Jagger and Ziggy, with her husband, Evan Ross.
Simpson said she is working on new music in the studio and hopes to release it next year.
She is also marking the 21st anniversary of her song “L.O.V.E.”
and recently took part in a breast cancer fundraiser.
