Firefox Smart Window adds AI form filling and website monitoring
Mozilla has added AI form filling and website monitoring to Smart Window, an optional AI browsing feature in Firefox.
For forms, it can use information from tabs you select, such as a professional profile, to suggest answers, including to written questions.
Google’s Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite processes selected-tab information for this feature, while saved names and addresses are handled by Firefox’s regular autofill.
Users can also ask Smart Window to watch up to five websites per task for changes such as price drops, product availability or job listings.
Firefox checks watched pages daily or weekly, but monitoring works only while the browser is open; users can have up to 15 active tasks.
Both features are in desktop beta for English users in the US and Canada, with Mozilla planning to bring them to other markets in the coming months.
