Google Health update corrects Resilience scores and adds health tools

Google Health 5.12 is now available for Android and iOS, with changes to the health and fitness app.

Resilience scores should now calculate correctly, and earlier scores will also change because they were lower than they should have been.

Users can manually log blood pressure, import readings from other apps and view blood pressure graphs; Premium users can also log readings with the Google Health Coach.

The app now pauses cycle predictions and period notifications during pregnancy and shows pregnancy weeks instead.

It also groups food logged within the same hour and adds a glucose graph that can show events such as exercise, sleep and nutrition.

Users in England can sync records from NHS organizations by connecting Google Health to Patients Know Best.

These changes are part of an update that also includes progress summaries and more personalized features for Premium users.
