VisionQuest Introduces Paladin as a Bounty Hunter Targeting Vision

VisionQuest introduces Paladin as a bounty hunter hired to capture Vision in the series’ first episodes.

Vision, played by Paul Bettany, is living in Scotland when an attack kills his friend Fiona.

Paladin follows a contract from a mysterious client, while claiming to follow a strict rule against killing civilians.

He discovers that Vision’s son Tommy is alive and holds him hostage at Saint Mabyns.

Paladin critically wounds Vision with adamantium shotgun rounds, but Vision fights back and sends him flying.

The series reveals Paladin is the latest in a centuries-long line of hunters, while Marvel comics introduced the character in 1978.

Paladin is expected to return, though the sources do not say when or how.
