Turkey’s standard civil-service overtime rate set to rise 20% in 2027
A 2027 budget bill proposal would raise Turkey’s standard civil-service overtime rate from 16.55 to 19.85 lira an hour starting January 1.
The increase is about 20%, and applies to the standard hourly rate for Turkish government workers.
