South Korean and US presidents weigh a golf meeting in Florida
South Korea has formed a task force to prepare for a possible golf meeting between President Lee Jae-myung and US President Donald Trump.
The meeting could take place during the G20 summit in Miami on December 14–15.
The summit venue, Doral Resort, has four golf courses, including the Blue Monster course used for PGA Tour events.
A round there could give the two leaders time together outside formal summit sessions.
But security and protocol arrangements are complicated, so the meeting may be difficult to organize.
Whether the leaders will play together remains uncertain.
