Roborock launches robot vacuum subscription service in South Korea

Roborock Korea launched a robot vacuum subscription service in South Korea on November 2 through official distributor Thinkware Mobile.

The plans cover two versions of Roborock’s 2026 flagship, the S10 MaxV Ultra, including a model with direct plumbing.

Customers can choose a three-, four- or five-year term and pick from three care options: free repairs, repairs plus self-care supplies, or repairs plus regular visits from a technician.

With self-care, replacement parts are delivered for customers to install; technician visits include cleaning, part replacement and checks.

Customers own the vacuum when the contract ends, and repairs are free during the subscription.

For subscriptions taken by November 30, the promotion offers five years of free repairs, including the standard one-year warranty, and one professional cleaning after an accident involving pet waste.
