Four Chungcheong governments to hold joint job fair in Cheongju
A job fair will be held on Oct.
16 at Cheongju Osco in South Korea.
It is the first time the four governments in the Chungcheong region—Chungbuk, Daejeon, Sejong and Chungnam—have organized the event together.
Previous fairs were held by Chungbuk alone.
A total of 245 companies will participate, including 110 with booths for interviews and hiring advice.
The fair will also offer job consultations and help with résumés, among other programs.
Organizers aim to connect local companies with job seekers, ease companies’ staffing shortages and support local employment.
The event is intended to strengthen cooperation on jobs across the four areas.
